Hello, I'm Charlotte Molloy, the Head Teacher at the British Embassy School, Ankara. I joined the school in January 2024, having previously spent nine years working at a British school in Qatar, where my three children were born. My journey in education spans over 17 years, during which I've had the privilege of working in various locations, including London, Derbyshire, Manchester, Doha, and now Ankara. The focus at BESA is not only on academic excellence but also on nurturing students' holistic development, ensuring they develop essential skills for success in an ever-changing world. I believe in fostering a collaborative partnership between students, parents, staff, and the wider community to create a supportive and enriching educational experience. My vision for BESA is to continue building upon its strong foundation while embracing innovation and best practices in education. Together with the dedicated team at BESA, I am committed to providing a nurturing and stimulating environment where every student feels valued, supported, and inspired to excel.
